Magoo’s Playland Cafe is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking ALL ROUNDERS to join our team!

At Magoo’s, we work together as one team! We don’t have separate staff assigned to individual areas of the business. Instead, everyone shares responsibilities and rotates through different roles throughout the day.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
Making coffees and preparing drinks
Serving customers and operating the register
Preparing and cooking food in our kitchen
Supervising and managing our Tiny Town play area
Cleaning, sanitising and maintaining our play centre
Assisting with the general day-to-day running of the business

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience making barista coffee
Friendly, confident and outstanding with customers
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Able to multitask in a busy setting
Takes initiative and can work independently
Willing to learn and work across ALL areas of the business




Happy to clean and maintain high standards throughout the centre
A positive attitude and a genuine team player
Enjoy working around young children

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Must be available to work shifts between 8:30am and 3:30pm
Must have weekday availability AND be available to work rotating weekends
Must be willing to work across all areas of the business

This is a genuine ALL ROUNDER position, not a position dedicated to one particular area.

Our team shares all responsibilities, from making coffees and cooking to supervising play areas and cleaning. We’re looking for people who are flexible, proactive and happy to jump in wherever needed!
