nbound Customer Service & Processing Financial Documents

Part time casual employment processing financial applications on behalf of a leading financial institution, you will then move into our Customer Service Inbound phone team. Full training provided. Immediate start required.

Would you enjoy working as a member of a small, dynamic customer service team working on behalf of leading financial services provider? Do you have accurate computer processing skills and a willingness to develop those skills? Are you punctual, a team player and willing to go the extra mile?

If so, we are looking for you to join our work from home team.

Job Type: Casual/Part time initially moving towards full time hours sometime later January to February 2024. Full training is provided.

Shifts are scheduled between 8.30am – 5pm

Hourly rate: $29.40 including loading

Ability to work from home. Must have 2 computer monitors,



very good cable or NBN Internet, headset and webcam

Do you have:
Excellent attention to detail (A MUST)
Positive, explicit speaking voice with no accent
Demonstrated the ability to work without immediate supervision and as part of small diverse team, following written or verbal directions
Sound computer processing skills. Must know MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
Decent typing speed (At least 40 wpm)
Demonstrated speed, efficiency and accuracy of data processing.
Administrative experience is also highly desirable.
Ability to work 5 days a week
Previous inbound call Customer Service experience is highly desirable

Expected Start Date: 21st December for a single training shift, then 3 shifts the week after Christmas and continuing to expand in hours in the recent year until close to or full time hours of 37.5 per week.
