Hyatt is seeking a Casual Chef de Partie to join our culinary brigade and craft menus with a local seasonal twist. You will support the Executive Chef, organize your station, and ensure exceptional service for guests.

Ideal candidates will have Cert III+ in Commercial Cookery, plus a la carte experience; 5-star hotel background is preferred. Availability for wide-ranging shifts is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
