About the role

We're looking for an experienced family lawyer to take ownership of a busy, varied practice. You'll run your own files from first meeting to resolution, with the support of a principal who has practised for over 25 years.

You’ll be:
managing a full caseload of property and parenting matters
advising clients and negotiating settlements
preparing court documents and appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court
handling consent orders, binding financial agreements and mediation

About you




Admitted in Queensland, with at least 4 years' family law experience
Confident running matters independently from start to finish
Strong court and negotiation skills
Calm, organised and genuinely positive with people under pressure
Unrestricted practising certificate preferred
