A Class Metals is looking for an experienced senior fabricator to join our team in Caringbah.

This is full time for a capable tradesperson who can fabricate quality stainless steel and Aluminum work with minimal supervision and take ownership of jobs from drawings through to finished product.

We are a fabrication business that specializes in aluminum and stainless steel work across a range of architectural and custom projects.

This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, maintains high standards, solves problems on the workshop floor and leads by example.

About the role

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a genuine senior fabricator with strong trade skills, sound judgement and a practical approach to quality, workflow and safety.

You will be trusted to fabricate accurately, think ahead, work independently and help maintain solid workshop standards.





What you’ll be doing
Fabricating stainless steel and Aluminum to a high standard
Reading and working from drawings
TIG and/or MIG welding as required
Producing clean, accurate and well-finished work
Helping solve fabrication and workflow issues in the workshop
Supporting safe work practices and quality standards
Assisting less experienced team members where needed

What we’re looking for
Robust experience in stainless steel and aluminum fabrication
Strong TIG and/or MIG welding capability
Ability to read drawings and fabricate from plans
High standards of finish, detail and workmanship
Reliable, practical and safety-conscious approachGood attitude and ability to work well in a team
Variety of quality stainless steel and aluminum work
Well-equipped workshop in Caringbah
