You will work across Rehabilitation and GEM, supporting patients with neurological, orthopaedic and amputee rehabilitation needs, through assessment, intervention and discharge planning to empower independence.

In a cooperative weekend MDT, you will deliver timely, high-quality care and help manage patient flow across the health service.
