The Role
Manage a portfolio of 90 tenancies, predominantly retail
Be the key point of contact for owners and tenants, building strong and lasting relationships
Oversee lease administration, rent reviews, renewals and arrears
Manage outgoings, budgets and reconciliations
Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractors across the portfolio
Identify and pursue opportunities to sell and lease commercial property

What You Bring
Experience managing commercial property (essential)
Class 2 Real Estate Licence (essential)
Current driver’s licence and your own car (essential)
Retail property management experience highly regarded
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organisation and a proactive, commercial mindset
