ahm, part of Medibank, is seeking a Customer Sales and Retention Specialist - Outbound on a full time basis. You will proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, resolve enquiries and help them make informed decisions about their health cover.

This role combines customer experience with achieving retention and sales outcomes. You'll join a energetic East Coast team, start on Monday 16th November 2026, with full time training for four weeks and supported nesting afterward.
