Mettle is seeking a Site Foreman for our Sydney team to lead day-to-day site activities, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate trades, materials and subcontractors, maintain records and support site managers, with a focus on program alignment and stakeholder relations.

This role requires solid leadership, 5+ years in commercial construction and hands-on experience with Procore and HammerTech; a White Card is essential.
