This permanent full time position is based at our Lane Cove branch and requires someone who can learn quickly and step confidently into the role

Key Responsibilities
Handle high volume of emails and phone calls
Provide support across multiple departments within the business
General administration tasks - processing customer orders and invoicing
Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

About you

Friendly, cooperative attitude in team settings





Experience or exposure managing a high-volume outlook inbox

Previous experience in an office administrations, customer service or sales administration

Confidence to deliver phone, email and face to face customer service

All necessary training will be provided.
