Life Without Barriers is seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Youth Worker to support young people aged 12 to 17 who’ve experienced trauma in our Sydney programs. You’ll help develop life skills, problem-solving abilities and healthy relationships in a protected, homelike workplace within our residential settings.

The role requires availability across a roster including afternoon, overnight sleepovers and weekends.
