Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and Financial Controller, you'll manage the full accounts payable process. Our suppliers and internal teams rely on you to keep payments accurate and on time.

Key responsibilities
Process high volumes of local & overseas supplier invoices, including 3-way matching to purchase orders and goods receipts
Prepare and process weekly & monthly payment runs (EFT, BPAY & TT)
Reconcile creditor and supplier statements and resolve discrepancies quickly
Set up and maintain supplier records, including verifying bank details to prevent fraud
Handle supplier and internal queries professionally
Support month-end close with accruals, reconciliations and reporting
Help improve AP processes and controls

About you
Several years' experience in a full-function accounts payable role in a computerised accounting workplace, ideally in manufacturing, distribution or building products




Working knowledge of an ERP system. We use Epicor, so experience with it is highly regarded
Intermediate Excel skills or above
A high level of accuracy and a methodical approach to deadlines
Explicit, confident communication with suppliers and colleagues
A team player who takes ownership and looks for better ways of working
