Job Description Looking for a self-motivated Administrator with bookkeeping and payroll experience.

Your new company
Our client is a specialised engineering consultancy providing geotechnical and environmental services to support construction, infrastructure, mining, and development projects. They work closely with clients to assess ground and environmental conditions, delivering expert advice and practical solutions to help projects progress safely and efficiently.Your current role
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office correspondence
Provide administrative support to engineers and management, including data entry and report preparation
Process payroll, timesheets, superannuation payments, and STP reporting through Reckon
Maintain quality assurance documentation, policies, procedures, and compliance records
Coordinate office supplies, renewals, archiving, and general office administration tasks

What you'll need to succeed
Previous administration experience within a small to medium-sized business
Strong data entry and organisational skills




Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
