Bidfood Port Macquarie is seeking an Operations Manager to lead all day-to-day warehousing and distribution activities. You will be responsible for rostering, staff management, and driving productivity while keeping safety and quality on the forefront.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the branch level, reporting to the Branch Manager. You’ll work with purchasing, sales and transport teams to ensure on-time, cost-effective product movement and a secure, engaged team.
