Florentino VIC in Melbourne is seeking experienced Section Waiters for a part time role across our dining room, cellar bar and café. You should have section waiting experience and be able to carry 3 plates; a current Victorian RSA is required; we are looking for hospitality professionals who love outstanding food and wine.

This position offers 20–38 hours per week with a warm, team-focused setting in a historic Melbourne institution.
