Join a growing boutique law firm in a senior leadership role where you’ll combine your Property Law expertise with professional oversight, mentoring and practice development.

Working closely with the Directors, you’ll manage a portfolio of property matters while helping guide the team, maintain skilled standards and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

The Role
Manage residential and commercial property matters, including conveyancing, leasing, subdivisions and off-the-plan transactions
Provide professional oversight and leadership across the practice
Mentor and support lawyers and junior team members
Manage key client relationships and complex matters
Support compliance, risk management and qualified standards
Contribute to process improvement and future growth of the firm

About You




Current Australian practising certificate and eligibility to act as a Legal Practitioner Director
Solid Property Law experience
Ideally 5+ years PAE
Leadership, mentoring and supervisory capability
Strong technical knowledge and professional judgement
Excellent client relationship and communication skills
Commercial, proactive and solutions-focused approach
