About the Role
Working alongside a driver, you'll assist with:
Residential and commercial bin collections
Council hard waste collections
Pulling and manoeuvring kerbside bins (up to 20kg)
Lifting and loading hard waste items
Repeatedly getting in and out of the truck
Working outdoors in all weather conditions (PPE and uniform provided)
This is a physically active role suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team.
What We're Looking For
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Essential Requirements
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test
Ability to safely lift, push, pull and manoeuvre bins and hard waste items
Physically capable of repetitive truck entry and exit throughout the shift
