Crystalbrook Kingsley in Newcastle is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our guest-ready rooms team. This full time role reports to the Executive Housekeeper and drives service standards across the hotel’s 130 rooms and public areas.
You will supervise daily operations, manage rosters, mentor staff and champion our guest experience, safety and sustainability initiatives while collaborating with other departments.
