JBS Dinmore in Dinmore, Queensland, is seeking a Maintenance Shift Supervisor to lead a team of roughly 10 skilled Fitters and Electricians across a large food production facility. This role reports to the Maintenance Superintendent and focuses on protected, reliable plant operation in a quick-paced workplace.

You will drive preventative maintenance, coordinate priorities, and work with production to minimise downtime while building capability and accountability across the shift.
