Acting for property developers, investors, corporate clients and business owners, you'll be involved in a broad range of sophisticated commercial property matters while enjoying genuine autonomy and direct client exposure.
The Role You will be responsible for:
Running commercial property files autonomously from commencement to completion
Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
Commercial, retail and industrial leasing matters
Property development and project work
Due diligence and complex transactional matters
Providing strategic property advice to a diverse client base
Supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyers and support staff
Managing client relationships and contributing to the ongoing growth of the practice
About You
Associate or Senior Associate level commercial property experience
Solid technical and commercial skills
Proven ability to manage matters independently
Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members
Excellent client relationship and communication skills
A practical, solutions-focused approach
