About the Position:

Our client is seeking a proficient and dedicated paralegal to become a key player in their acclaimed insurance team. This full time role offers a unique opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of cases, including workers' compensation, insurance litigation, and CTP claims. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support in managing insurance claims
Prepare critical documents such as medical reports, briefs to counsel, court filings, and client correspondence
Aid in trial preparation and oversee the discovery process
Efficiently manage and prioritise a diverse caseload
Draft evidence summaries and preliminary client advice for senior review

Essential Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
