High-End Residential Carpentry | Consistent Pipeline of Work

We’re looking for experienced Residential Carpenters to join Labourly, working across Melbourne’s best architectural and custom-home projects. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy being part of a tight, reliable crew, this one’s for you.

The Work

You’ll be working across a range of residential projects including:
Framing, lock-up & fix
Cladding (timber, composite, specialty materials)
Decking & outdoor structures
Internal fit-offs & detailed carpentry
Renovations, extensions & architectural builds
Reading plans & liaising with site supervisors

Our clients run skilled, well-organised sites with a strong focus on safety, quality and timelines.

What You Need
Cert III in Carpentry (or equivalent experience)
Own tools + reliable transport
Strong residential experience (minimum 2 qualified)
Valuable work ethic and ability to work independently

Ability to work well with clients, site supervisors & other trades
