The Opportunity

An exciting prospect has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join their Newcastle-based team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility between working from home and their modern new office space.

You will play a key role in managing projects from inception through to completion, working closely with high-profile clients across a diverse project portfolio.

Projects include affordable housing, developer and high end residential!

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects across all stages of the lifecycle
Act as the key client representative, ensuring project objectives are met




Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines
Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining quality outcomes

About You
Proven experience in a client-side/project management consultancy setting
Exposure to government projects is highly regarded, but not essential
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline (essential)
