Billbergia’s in-house legal team works closely with other departments to support the entire development cycle from acquisition, planning, design, construction, finance, sales, marketing and asset management.
About the role
Reporting to Head of Legal
Based at Rhodes NSW - 5 minutes walk from Rhodes station and free in office parking
Opportunity to make valuable contributions to diverse, complex and high value mixed use projects
Work in a friendly team with excellent company culture
Your responsibilities will include advising on or assisting with:
project delivery and joint venture agreements, put and call options and sale contracts
titling advice for acquisitions and development
retail, commercial and residential leasing
off the plan sales and marketing
agency agreements
consultant agreements and construction contracts
heads of agreements / term sheets
confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements
working with external law firms
You may also assist with finance, planning, dispute and other matters from time to time.

About you
4 to 7 years post-admission legal experience
Law degree and current Australian practising certificate.
Ability to work in a fast paced setting with changing priorities
Excellent attention to detail
Adaptable, proactive and team-oriented
