Our client in Regents Park is looking for a reliable Admin Staff member to join their team on a short-term assignment.

This role focuses on providing administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The job combines office work with time in the warehouse, a positive fit for anyone who prefers a mix of tasks and being on their feet.

What you will be doing
Provide general administrative support to management and staff
Print and filter pick lists from Excel
Book orders for dispatch using ERP systems and online freight portals
Occasionally assist with picking and packing customer orders
Ensure compliance with company processes
Assist with general duties as required

Requirements
Previous Team Leader experience will be highly regarded.
Solid organizational and time management skills
Manufacturing or logistics experience preferred




Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Problem solving mindset for rostering or scheduling conflicts
Physically fit and able to lift up to 20 kg (assist with pick packing)

Casual rate of $35 per hour + super
