What you'll be doing
Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness
Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms
Identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns to your supervisor
Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
Provide exceptional customer service to our guests at all times
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a housekeeping or room attendant role, ideally within the hospitality industry
Robust attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
A positive and friendly attitude,
with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
