About the Role:
As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations, working closely with the accounts and administration team. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing invoices, delivery dockets, and credit notes
Assisting with weekly payroll and maintaining accurate financial records
Preparing and reconciling debtor reports
Handling accounts receivable tasks, including computing charges, refunds, and freight costs
Processing incoming goods and balancing monthly purchases
About You:
Previous experience in accounts receivable or administration
Proficiency in MYOB or Xero
Robust numerical skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
