Experienced (or willing to learn) in assisting with personal care, mobility support, and daily living activities.
Robust communicator who can build trusting relationships with residents, families, and the wider healthcare team.
Reliable, observant, and attentive to changes in residents’ health or wellbeing, with a commitment to reporting accurately.
