You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, monitoring progress and ensuring projects are delivered in line with safety, quality and program requirements.
Key responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities.
Manage site personnel, subcontractors, plant and equipment.
Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and maintain a safe working workplace.
Use GPS technology to assist with site set-out and construction activities.
Monitor project progress, productivity and quality.
Complete site documentation, reports, computer-based tasks and data entry.
Communicate effectively with owners, project teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
Identify and resolve site issues to keep projects running smoothly.
About you
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction.
Experience managing civil projects valued up to $10 million.
Strong understanding of WHS requirements and site safety procedures.
Proficient in GPS technology and equipment.
Good computer skills, including data entry and project documentation.
Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently while being a robust team player.
A reliable, proactive attitude with a robust work ethic.
