The Company
We are partnering with a well-established not-for-profit organisation looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll SME to join their team.
This is a specialist opportunity for someone who can come in, strengthen the existing payroll setting, upskill the current team and be the go-to SAP expert.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the back-end SAP SuccessFactors Payroll environment, supporting configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting while identifying gaps and opportunities to strengthen current processes.
A key part of the role will be sharing your knowledge and upskilling the existing team, while working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to resolve issues and drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll SME
Manage back-end configuration and system maintenance
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues




Identify process gaps and improvement prospects
Strengthen existing payroll processes and controls
Upskill, coach and support the current team
Manage strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
Liaise with third-party payroll and system providers
Support system enhancements, testing and projects

Skills & Experience:
Strong SAP SuccessFactors Payroll experience
Solid back-end configuration and maintenance knowledge
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience identifying process gaps and driving improvements
Confident sharing knowledge and upskilling others
Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working with third-party providers
Strong understanding of Australian payroll
