Clarks Northland in Preston, VIC is seeking a 2IC / Retail Sales Assistant to support the Store Manager and lead the team. You will deliver exceptional customer service and confidently recommend products to meet customer needs while driving sales and KPIs in a rapid-paced retail setting.

You will coach colleagues, assist with visual merchandising, stock management and premium store presentation, and help open/close the store, contributing to a positive, results-driven culture.
