About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced construction administrator to join our commercial team. Your day will be varied and hands-on, with a focus on attending site visits, scoping works, monitoring construction progress, forecasting labour requirements and coordinating with key stakeholders. You’ll also play an active role in weekly construction program meetings, helping keep projects on track,
on schedule and running efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Liaising with clients
Preparing weekly / monthly invoicing and raising purchase orders
Daily programming and planning of workflow
Preparing and sending estimations / variations to the clients
Preparing and drafting documents
Issuing progress claims, RFIs and more
About you
Our ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
2+ years experience in a construction administration position an advantage
Solid organisation skills with the ability to keep multiple builds on track at once
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in the use of IT systems and software
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Strong detail and problem solving skills
