Bridgit is seeking a Broker Marketing Manager to drive campaigns across our partner ecosystem, building broker awareness and engagement. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll coordinate with sales, BDMs and product to execute initiatives that grow submissions and commercial value.

The role is hands-on, team-oriented and requires robust campaign management, commercial judgment and the ability to translate bridging and equity release finance into broker-friendly initiatives.
