ABOUT THE POSITION./n /n /n /n As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will manage projects on behalf of clients, overseeing the process from initial planning and design through to procurement, construction and completion./n /n /n You will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed budgets, programmes and quality expectations./n /n /n This role will suit someone with solid client-side experience who is confident managing stakeholders, coordinating project teams and navigating the challenges that come with project delivery./n /n DUTIES./n /n /n
Manage client-side projects from feasibility and planning through to delivery and handover. /n
Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders. /n
Manage project risks, variations, reporting and contractual requirements. /n
Represent the client's interests throughout the project lifecycle. /n
Maintain solid relationships with clients and project stakeholders. /n
Monitor project progress, quality and commercial performance. /n

Minimum 6 years' experience in client-side project management. /n
Proven experience managing projects on behalf of clients across the project lifecycle. /n
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills. /n
Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, budgets and programmes. /n
A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities. /n
