We are seeking an enthusiastic person to fill a 6-month contract position within our Finance team.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting daily Accounts receivable & Accounts payable tasks.
Reconciling bank statements & month-end reconciliation and solving discrepancies
Maintaining accurate & up-to-date records of financial transactions
Performing daily data entry and daily bookkeeping tasks
Assisting with internal and external queries& auditing
Assisting Finance manager in preparing reports
Collaborating with Finance team to improve financial procedures and systems
Providing support to Finance team where needed

Skills and experiences require
High level of accuracy and attention to details
Ability to be multiple tasks
Experience with Xero preferred
Intermediate to advance MS Office skills
Ability to work as part of team
Self-motivated and self-driven
