SINGU is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to build the in‑house function and own legal risk across the group. You will shape strategy, negotiate complex enterprise deals, and lead multi‑jurisdictional compliance, data protection and people law in collaboration with the CFO and executive team.
The role covers contract governance, governance, and post‑close integration across multiple jurisdictions, with a hybrid London/Europe presence and travel to other locations as needed.
