Foodchain is a WA owned and operated Food Service business based in Osborne Park. Due to significant growth, we are seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to join our team.

The Role

The People and Culture Manager will be employed on a part time basis (approx. 20 hours per week). Reporting directly to the two owners, this newly created role will see you working across the full HR life cycle. It provides an chance to make the role your own and build the HR function from scratch, whilst also having a consultant in place for guidance.

Responsibilities (but not limited to)
Acting as the primary contact for all HR and payroll related matters
Supporting culture, engagement and retention initiatives
Providing advice on ER and performance issues
Fortnightly Payroll processing and management




Ensuring all HR administration processes are up to date
Ensure compliance with WHS matters including workplace injury

Experience
Knowledge of employment relations and workplace practices including WHS laws
Managing an HR function independently
Experience supporting organisation through change or transformation
Experience working with Pronto would be ideal but not essential

Qualification

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources

You will need to have full Australian working rights to be considered for the role. No agency applications please.
