Commonwealth Bank in East Maitland is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist Relief to be the first point of contact for customers. The role is part time (33.75 hours per week) with a 9:30am to 4:00pm schedule, Monday to Friday, and includes occasional travel to Raymond Terrace, Cessnock and Singleton branches.
You will greet customers, understand their enquiry, guide them to the appropriate channel and build personal connections through meaningful conversations.
