Role
The client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a range of upcoming business and technology initiatives. The initial focus will be a workplace transformation project, driving the successful adoption of a newly renovated office environment and embedding flexible working and hot-desking practices across the organization. This role will lead stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, and adoption activities,
before transition to support a broader portfolio of IT and business change projects as they are defined.
Accountabilities
Lead change management activities for workplace transformation and versatile working initiatives.
Develop and execute change, communication, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Assess change impacts and support employees through cultural and behavioural change.
Drive user adoption and business readiness across multiple projects.
Partner with project teams and business stakeholders to deliver successful change outcomes.
What you’ll need to succeed
Change Manager with strong experience in organizational and cultural change, stakeholder engagement, and technology-driven transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in managing large scale transformation projects.
