As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store, driving performance, and supporting your team to achieve business targets. This is a hands-on retail leadership role located in the Western Sydney area for a retail leader who enjoys developing teams, improving store performance, and creating a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Leading, coaching, and developing a team of retail and operational staff

Driving sales, productivity, and overall store performance

Managing daily store operations, stock flow, merchandising, and customer experience

Ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence

Building solid relationships with customers, community partners, and internal stakeholders

Managing budgets and financial plans by contributing effectively to create retail store specific operational budget and financial planning as a valuable team leader

About you

Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Business, Retail or Account

Minimum 3 to 6 years' experience managing a retail store, large team, or high-volume customer-focused operation





Solid leadership and people management skills

Experience achieving sales targets and improving business performance

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities

Must have 1 year experience with Rapid food retail industry
