Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of legal procedures and be able to support our team in various legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting legal research and analysis
Preparing legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
Assisting with discovery and evidence collection
Organising and maintaining legal files
Coordinating court appearances and depositions
Providing general administrative support to attorneys
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year full time experience as a Paralegal
Solid organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in legal research databases and software
Bachelor's degree in law or paralegal studies preferred
Experience in the following areas is highly regarded:
Commercial Law
Litigation
Insolvency Law
