You will be responsible for:
This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with senior leadership and sales teams to develop and deliver marketing strategies that generate quality enquiries and support business growth.
Developing and delivering marketing campaigns and strategies.
Managing the marketing budget and measuring campaign performance
Managing external agencies, suppliers and marketing partners.
Supporting broader business marketing initiative
Working with sales teams to track leads, enquiries and conversions
Managing brand, digital, website and social media activity
Coordinating display home marketing, events and promotional activity




Leading and supporting a Social Media & Marketing Assistant

About You We're looking for someone with:
Experience in residential construction, property or a related industry will be highly regarded
Proven marketing and brand management experience
Experience developing and delivering successful campaigns
An understanding of lead generation and sales conversion
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, organised and hands-on approach
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline
