Telix Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Company Secretary to lead the governance function for a dual-listed global organisation. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will act as a trusted adviser to the Chair and Board, managing governance, compliance and disclosure obligations across jurisdictions.

You will oversee listing rule compliance, Nasdaq/SEC reporting and AGM processes while engaging with senior leadership and shareholders.
