5-Month Contract | CBD Location | Highly Varied Work

Your new companyAn educational institution requires an interim Enrolment Assistant for a five-month contract to help deliver student services.
Your new roleYou will be a central point of contact for internal and external contacts, ensuring programmes run smoothly from start to finish.
Respond to enquiries via phone, email and in person
Prepare invoices
Ensure data integrity of all incoming information
Creating data reports ready for Management and external bodies.
Maintain online booking
Set up meetings on Zoom
Maintain calendars and planners
Update information across systems, including CRM, online store and tracking spreadsheets.
Provide general administrative assistance

What you'll need to succeed
Solid experience in administration within an educational environment




Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
Confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce highly regarded)
Experience supporting online programmes using Zoom and Microsoft Teams
High attention to detail with accurate data
Explicit written and verbal communication skills
