About True Embrace
True Embrace is a Sydney-based NDIS provider built around one idea: not just the right service, but the right person. We carefully match each worker to the participant they support, so every relationship is built on trust and consistency.

The roles

Use a hoist to help him in and out of bed safely
Provide personal care, including showering, toileting, dressing and grooming, with dignity and respect
Help with his morning and evening routines
Follow his support plan and write transparent shift notes after every shift

About you
Patient, respectful and genuinely caring
Experience with personal care, and ideally with hoist transfers and manual handling
A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support,

Ageing or Disability, or similar, is preferred
Reliable and punctual, because early mornings and evenings need someone he can count on

Requirements
An NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
A current police check
Current First Aid and CPR
Manual handling training, or willingness to complete it
Reliable transport to Bondi
Australian work rights
The NDIS Worker Orientation Module (free online), or willingness to complete it

What we offer
Consistent shifts with the same participant
Evening and weekend penalty rates
Hoist and manual handling training
A supportive team, with directors you can call any time

How to apply
Click Apply and include your resume and a short note about your personal care and hoist experience. Please let us know your availability for mornings, evenings or both.
