We're seeking a Trade Qualified Boilermaker to take charge of fabrication work and lead a team of apprentices at a workshop in Rocklea specialising in 4WD conversion projects.

Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm.
9-day fortnight, with a rostered day off.
Hands-on fabrication work across specialised 4WD conversions.

About the role
Carrying out welding and fabrication for 4WD conversion projects.
Organising daily workshop tasks and overseeing apprentices.
Providing practical guidance and supporting apprentice development.
Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
Checking workmanship to ensure quality and accuracy.
Maintaining safe and productive workshop practices.
What you'll need
A recognised boilermaking trade qualification.
Solid welding and metal fabrication experience.
Confidence taking charge and guiding apprentices.
Ability to read drawings and solve practical fabrication problems.
Robust attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
Previous automotive or 4WD fabrication experience would be highly regarded.
