The Chance
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing litigation and prosecution matters from initial assessment through to resolution.
Providing legal advice on investigations, enforcement and evidentiary matters.
Preparing court documents, submissions and legal correspondence.
Appearing in court and managing matters throughout the litigation process.
Advising on the interpretation and application of relevant legislation.
Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver practical legal advice and effective outcomes.
