Job Description
As a Fast Food Manager, you will:
Take ownership of the general running of the restaurant;
Manage the guest experience and service standards;
Control ordering, food levels, stock management;
Ensure food safety and WH&S; compliance;
Create and implement local area marketing strategies to promote sales;
Develop the team through coaching and training opportunities;
Manage inventory and the financial aspect/s of the restaurant; and
Have control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting and profitability.

Skills & Experience
We appreciate experience comes in many shapes and sizes, what we mean specifically is:
Qualifications in hospitality or management;
2+ years' experience leading a team within a busy, high volume

hospitality environment
Experience delivering exceptional customer service;
Exceptional communication skills;




Prior experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability; and
Qualifications : Food Safety Supervisor, Responsible Service of Alcohol, First

aid and Liquor License course desirable.
