We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our supply chain operations. In this hands-on, onsite position, you will be the central link ensuring the smooth execution of daily warehouse activities, from receiving to dispatch. Your focus will be on optimising workflows, maintaining high safety and compliance standards, and achieving key performance targets.

Pay Rate: $29.50 AUD per hour + Superannuation
Location: Sydney
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent - Entry Level

Daily Operations:

•Oversee and manage daily receiving, picking, and dispatch functions to ensure seamless workflow and meet all delivery timelines (DIFOT).
•Inventory & Stock Accuracy: Conduct regular checks, monitor stock levels, and resolve discrepancies to minimize losses and maintain inventory integrity.
•Safety & Compliance Leadership: Actively participate in safety initiatives, hazard reporting,



and investigations to uphold our stringent Quality, Setting, Safety, and Health (QESH) standards.
•Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and participate in projects aimed at streamlining logistics processes.
•Documentation & Communication: Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, manifests, and reports. Serve as the key contact between warehouse teams, transport carriers, and internal departments.
