The Chance
Working across a portfolio of large commercial sites, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and troubleshooting a range of complex HVAC and electrical systems. You'll join a supportive team with the opportunity to take on additional responsibility and grow into a leadership role over time.

Key Responsibilities
Service, maintain and troubleshoot commercial HVAC and electrical systems.
Work across large commercial buildings and complex mechanical plant.
Diagnose faults and carry out breakdown repairs.
Maintain and service VRV/VRF systems and central plant equipment.
Complete preventative maintenance and reactive service work.
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Build strong relationships with clients and site contacts.
Take on additional team coordination and leadership responsibilities as you progress.
What We're Looking For
Dual trade qualifications in HVAC/Refrigeration and Electrical.
Minimum 5 years' post-apprenticeship experience.
Strong experience working across large commercial sites.
Proven experience with VRV/VRF systems and central plant.
Solid fault-finding, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
A professional approach to customer service and site safety.
Someone keen to develop their leadership skills and progress into a Team Leader role.
